The Goldsmith Family 11th June 2017

Uncle John, my loving, caring, larger-than-life uncle. What a wonderful and funny man you were. You would make us all laugh with your endless jokes and stories. I still tell some of your jokes to this day - my favourite being the sniffer dog on board the aeroplane. Not for younger ears! I have so many fond memories of the times our families would meet up. There would always be so much fun and laughter together; like the time I remember us all sliding down the hillside on our macs up 'the glen' when you were living in Scotland. I used to love the times when you would stay over at my mum and dad's during your repping years. You would always bring a smile to my face with your tales - most often about the fabulous food you'd been enjoying with a client! I'd have to sit at the oven with the door as a table if there wasn't enough room at the table, but I didn't mind because we had my uncle John staying with us! You, and your family, have always shown great hospitality towards your friends and guests. Vicki and I will always treasure the memories of our stay with you back in 2008 when you lived in France. We gad an absolutely great time. All the pictures we've posted are from this trip. We're so lucky to have known you and that you have been a big part of our lives. You had such a huge heart. We love and miss you Uncle John. Be safe. Much love, Adam, Vicki & Joel xxx
